Operations¶

This section is for teams implementing Commitment Pools, Community Asset Vouchers, and related field programs. It collects practical guides for planning, onboarding, training, stakeholder engagement, voucher creation, monitoring, and partner support.

The materials are based on Grassroots Economics work in Kenya and related collaborations. Treat them as adaptable templates: every pool should be grounded in local relationships, local governance, clear redemption commitments, and consent-based data practices.
